These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between Involtis and consumers in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 BGB).

The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
The contract is concluded by our order confirmation in text form or by dispatch of the goods within one week.
The text of the contract will be sent to you by e-mail. Our GTC can be viewed at any time at www.involtis.com/agb.
3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
All prices include the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately.
Payment methods:
– SEPA bank transfer
– Cash on collection
– Other payment methods on request
4th delivery
The delivery time is max. 5 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
The risk of accidental loss is transferred to the buyer upon delivery.
5. reservation of title
The goods remain the property of Involtis until full payment has been received.
6. right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
